Are you licensed with the city of calgary?

Yes. I have been licensed with the city of Calgary as a tradesman for 40 years, and I have had my business license for 21 years.
 

Are you able to request and process permits?

Yes. It is important to note that permits are not required for every job, but when it is necessary, I am easily able to obtain them.
 

Do you correspond directly with management companies and building operators?

Yes. Generally I correspond directly with management companies and building operators, with the exception of residential jobs in which I communicate directly with the owner.
 

Are your services confined to the city of calgary?

Yes. I accept jobs throughout the city, as well as it’s surrounding rural areas.
